'Pristine Dream' is the latest single to come from Brighton four-piece, and Next Buzz alumni, Thyla. Based around another euphoric chorus, which sees vocalist Millie Duthie again showing-off her incredible vocal range and knack for infectious melody, the track builds out of its gently grunging opening into a full-on dark-rock masterpiece. Of the blistering new cut, the band explain, "'Pristine Dream' celebrates the wonky, left field, against the grain individual. It’s about inviting people into the dark corners of your psyche and apologising for nothing. The track is essentially a pop anthem for the statement: "The only things you regret are the things you don’t do"". Thyla continue to lay down a serious marker and are set to take their empowering live show on the road over the coming weeks and months; pristine indeed. -G.O'B
